What I want publish.py to do:

• add a new post (markdown filename, title)
• paginated index pages, permalinks
• regenerate html files if you have made an edit (markdown filename)
• change themes

Other than that, it's the opposite of Wordpress.

There is no backend. There are no plugins. There are no comments. There are no users. Nothing is dynamic.

I want to get permalinks and edits up and running before I stuff this into github.

Here is the command I'm about to run:

./publish.py -a -f bloggin_about_bloggin.md -t "Bloggin' about bloggin'"

This is my first post using publish.py.

What's that?

Static markdown blogging, powered by python.

But triplenineteen, why are you doing this?

I don't know, it seems like a fun idea.
